Tim Davidson, B,Bus, FIPA, SSA, CTA has over 40 years experience in the profession, 30 of which have been as a Partner/Director. Tim’s specialisations include audit, accounting and tax services to a wide variety of clients including the not-for-profit sector and small to medium enterprises. Tim is a registered Self Managed Superannuation Auditor. Tim helped establish Connect in Australia and regularly travels to Mohali to help train the Mohali team as well as improve the skills base and procedures of the Mohali office. Tim is also actively involved in assisting Australian accounting firms make the shift to outsourcing.

Background and Personal

Shiv is a qualified accountant with a Masters degree in accounting from Chandigarh University and has worked in the accounting and auditing fields for 21 years, the last 13 of which have been at Connect.

Shiv is dedicated to helping clients at all levels and is the key to arranging IT access, managing the teams, and facilitating NZ team to remote team video communications and overall workflow. Shiv oversees in-house training for all the remote teams and works closely with Sunny our CEO and founding director.

Originally from the beautiful Himalayas (visible on a clear day), Shiv now resides in nearby Chandigarh with his family including 2 young children. His interests and passions outside of work include family time, playing cricket (he’s a mean hand with the bat), watching movies and good music.
